General Admission customers who have pre-purchased tickets will receive a full refund. Refunds will be made automatically via Moshtix and may take up to five business days – there is no need to contact Moshtix or the Australian Turf Club. Tickets can not be purchased at the Box Office on site.

The Boxing Day race meeting at Royal Randwick this Saturday, 26 December, will be run under tightened, industry-leading COVID-safety operations.

Given the current environment and following updated public health messages, General Admission patrons will no longer be able to attend on Boxing Day.

Members, Owners and patrons booked into Hospitality packages will be permitted entry into Royal Randwick on Boxing Day, and will be required to remain seated indoors in designated areas within the racecourse’s grandstands and function spaces.

The Australian Turf Club has pro-actively reacted to the NSW Government’s advice around COVID safety. The health and safety of racing participants, ATC staff and all of our customers are the number one priority and we have made these decisions in the interests of all of Sydney.

Venue entry

On course 

• Food and beverage retail outlets will be available with all sales cashless via EFTPOS only 
• TAB operator and EBT facilities will be available as well as limited bookmakers 
• ATM’s will be available for wagering purposes 
• Members dress regulations apply when in Member and Hospitality areas 

COVID Guidelines 

• All patrons must observe the social distancing requirements of 1.5 metres at all times 
• Capacity limits for each area of the venue comply to patron per square metre directives 
• COVID marshals to monitor all areas to help patrons understand and follow the measures 
• Hand sanitising units throughout the venue. Toilets cleaned regularly and TAB/EBT machines sanitised 
• Patrons must adhere to the COVID safe guidelines and respect direction from all ATC staff
