Bonnie Grace Vargas’ soothing music is infused with her life-long influences of folk, jazz and RnB. Her love of jazz and classical guitar playing entwined with her soulful lyrics creates a unique and rich sound that’s an enjoyable experience for all. Over the last couple of years Bonnie has developed a love for composing and arranging for harp, as well as exploring her love of strings and brass. She has just released her latest single ‘Honey Moon’ alongside a music video following her first release ‘Heaven’ which was featured on Rage, ABC. Let Bonnie Grace Vargas and her band take you on a soulful journey, where they hope to make you want to both dance and cry.

Hatchling blends the raw emotion of folk, the cathartic energy of blues rock and the distinct lyrical flair of western Americana. The music is emotionally charged, often stemming from a confessional yet confrontational alter ego. While Hatchling forms deeply personal narratives in her song writing, the concepts become relatable through clever lyricism, juxtaposing strength and vulnerability to capture what it truly means to be a woman.

AnnaLina is a Sydney-based artist, particularly influenced by London’s UK Soul and RnB sound. Making her debut in late 2020 with the single “It’s Seasonal”, she established herself as one to watch in the Sydney music scene. AnnaLina grew up listening to old Soul and Motown artists like Etta James, Otis Redding and Al Green, who sparked her love for raw improvisation and stacked backing vocals. In creating her own music, she describes feeling empowered to mix elements from different genres and artists to create her own unique sound, “I really love that in this day and age, genre lines are getting blurred. I’ve been loving music from easylife and Rex Orange County and the way they take RnB style and blend it with other interesting production elements”. Her upcoming single, co-written with and co-produced by produced by Oscar Sharah (Mel Blue) and Pat Byrne (Beso Palma), takes inspiration from this to explore different textures and layers.
