Blue Lucy meanders their way onto the LAF stage through blurry eyes after celebrating two massive singles to carve their name into the Adelaide scene. The five-piece indie, rock, psych ‘call it what you want’ mashup draw their inspiration from Kung Fu scenes and delicious Chinese meals describing their live act as a 5 piece melt in your mouth public freak out similar to a drive in screening of ‘The Good The Bad And The Ugly’.

With an EP on the way Blue Lucy look to LAF to wrap up their new gifts and slingshot them directly into crowd members face with a brute force truly unparalleled and often considered a crime in the United States. Frontman Slimmy Jimmy had this to say about the upcoming show “we rarely take anything seriously, ever, but we generally overcompensate for that onstage” 

Joining the Lucy’s are the supremely talented Witch Hunt and Velvet Void who have been shaking things up and stamping their claims in the scene. Come late August and they will add their own sugar and spice to manufacture the most perfect trio of dips for this massive night. Miss Lucy herself will be bursting at the seams to catch these show openers and it is hard to think of how she will be able to control herself before taking the stage.
