In ancient Hebrew culture, at the completion of seven sabbatical yearly cycles, the people would celebrate a Jubilee; a cultural reset where debts, mistakes, and acquisitions were forgiven and forgotten, and an entire society returned to naught to start afresh.

It has been two years since Bjéar’s debut release. The self-titled record has allowed the group to evolve and adapt for each performance - moving from intimate solo acoustic sessions, to fifteen-piece full band expressions – exploring the varying dimensions of the music from the maiden release.

Of late, four separate singles have been released, driven by a darker, greasier, synth-electronic sound; a sort of epilogue to the first, self-titled book of Bjéar. Feeling as though these four singles require their own home, Bjéar will package them together as a four-track EP titled " All Roads ", and play a concluding show on March 2nd at the newly refurbished Lions Art Factory with a lineup and performance reflecting the darker, experimental turn.

Beyond, a season of Jubilee beckons. For the indefinite future, Bjéar will sojourn overseas in search of a reset and recalibration. Please come and join the group for one final celebration honouring the conclusion of this first chapter, and the commencement of the exciting part II that is to come.
