As we approach the season of sun and dance, what better way to celebrate than to get together at the iconic Gasometer Hotel and dance all day to the grooves of one of Minimal House music’s finest; DJOKO!

Johannes Kolter, known under his alias “DJOKO“ is the latest export from Cologne, Germany. He has been steadily on the rise with his own, fresh take on underground house music in the last 5 years.

In 2016 he started the "Hoove" event to push forward thinking house music in his techno dominated hometown, showcasing a number of cutting edge artists in the scene right now. Since then many releases on substantial labels like Defected, Potobolo, Toolroom, CUFF, King Street, Love Not Money or Whoyostro, supported by the biggest names in the House and Techno industry, paving the way to a promising future.

DJOKO’s sound is influenced by funk and soul, garage and deep house and everything in between that is both underground and raw. His DJ-sets vary from breakbeat to house & electro maintaining the typical raw 90’s textures that keep the body moving.
