The AETHER Sessions team is extraordinarily proud to announce their biggest, loudest and most eclectic production yet: AETHERFEST! Taking place on February 2nd 2018, AETHERFEST is set to present an absolutely massive lineup featuring the first QLD performance from Melbourne post-rock legends Fourteen Nights at Sea, as well as the the blackened cacophony of Hope Drone, soul cleansing R&B / dreamy electronic duo Brainbeau, celebrated avant-garde ensemble Clocked Out + more!!

AETHERFEST will feature the same sense of ambiance and intimacy that punters know and love - ambient lighting, visual projections, hanging displays and glowing decor and the obligatory array of cushions, inflatables, blankets and milk crates scattered across the floor to provide the ultimate chill-out experience for your Friday night on the town. Or a comfortable space to dance your heart out!

Emerging from humble beginnings in 2016; the AETHER Sessions have championed some of the most celebrated underground Brisbane & interstate artists playing in the genres of post-rock, shoegaze, dream pop as well as atmospheric instrumentalists of all denominations. Their mission is to curate an ambitious, high production audio-visual feast that offers a new kind of live experience for performing artists and punters alike.
