An all-you-can-eat Middle Eastern brunch by chef Nimrod Kazoom

A Taste Of Kazoomies RETURNS!
All-you-can-eat Middle Eastern brunch (and dessert!) at Freo.Social


In a show of mutual respectand honouring relationships between businesses and the community that surrounds it, Freo.Social and award winning Chef Nimrod Kazoom (Kazoomies restaurant) are joining forces once again, to deliver a celebration of taste, music, multiculturalism and unity for our community. 

Nimrod’s philosophy is that food can bring people together and he loves and encourages the Middle Eastern way of gathering, sharing food, stories and traditions. After all, good food=good memories.

So, pull up a cushion in our iconic heritage listed music hall, fully themed for the occasion, while you enjoy a delicious selection of dishes taking you from breakfast to lunch and beyond prepared by Chef Nimrod, along with inspired cocktails, live music, belly dancing and good times.  

Feel free to dress up – Middle Eastern style.   And remember to come hungry!

Vegan dips: 
Jerusalem hummus ( a chuncy, rich, packed with garlic, cumin and olive oil)
Beetroot Hummus (an Ausraeli combination between the Aussi love of beetroot and the Israeli hummus)
Yellow tahini (Tumeric and garlic in a love dance)


Vegetarian dips:
Smoky eggplant Baba Ganoush ( charred eggplants ovaries, garlic, lemon, olive oil and Labna)
Israeli Labna with Zaatar 


Vegan Salads:
Jericho Cauliflowers (Jericho inspired seasoning, dried fruits, beetroot tahini dressing) 
Middle eastern Ratatouille ( inspired by the movie😁 roasted Zucchini & sweet potatos, date honey tahini, and burnt with a blow torch...💥)
Cajun & Date honey eggplants 


Vegetarian salads:
Pickled and then roasted beetroot salad, caramelised pears, peri aioli
Moroccan roasted carrots, with cinnamon'd Danish fetta. 


Warms: 
Supper fluffy traditional couscous with Saafron, a lush amount of butter, dried fruits and some more butter to finish off the masterpiece 😋 
Slow cooked beef scalopini. Tender as can be. Rus EL Hanout rich sauce. 
Spring In Jerusalem slow cooked chicken, oranges, olives, aromatic spices. 

Sweets:
Lilah's Turkish delight Brownies, turkish coffee brownies, Rose baklava and Orange Blossom baklava.
