The Australian International Ice Hockey Cup is having its 5th year and 2013 promises to be the most exciting yet.

Players are from Canada and USA plus invited players from Sweden, Slovakia, Germany, Czech Republic and Australia. The Canadian Maples and the USA Eagles will play in a high class competition and will be providing the crowds with some great ice hockey entertainment. Lots of big hits, fast action and high level skills. Spectators may wish to dress up at the games in support of the either Canada or USA. Bring your friends or work colleagues for great night out.

All the games will be played at Sydney Ice Arena (Baulkham Hills) and Erina Ice Arena (within the Erina Fair Shopping Centre). We hope you enjoy the games as much as the players will enjoy the tourist sites around Sydney. Please note that Food and Drinks will be available at both venues at very reasonable prices.

TEAMS

In 2013 there will be two teams:

Canadian Maples and USA Eagles. Both these teams have won the International Cup twice each so this will be a crucial year to put one team ahead.

The Canadian Maples - The crowd favourite every year. The Canadian team is always entertaining with their hard hits and fast play. Winners in 2009 and 2010 they will be desperate for another win this year.

The U.S.A. Eagles- A team containing dynamic players from the United States and invited players from other countries. The Eagles won the 2011 and 2012 Australian International Ice Hockey Cup and are looking for three wins in a row.
