The Plug doesn’t have friends, we have family… and we’ve decided it was about time to invite that family together for another Plugfest! Come on down to Hi-way Bar in Enmore, on Sunday the 28th of August, for 10+ hours of pure live music chaos! 

 From Midday to 10pm, you can catch an all star roster of artists we interviewed on season 2 of the Plug Podcast! This includes the illustrious new Indie Poppers, Alibii, celebrating the release of last years hit single, ‘But I’. Buffalo Paradise will be moving and grooving with us also, as they prepare to drop the hottest album of the summer, as well as Wollongong’s finest, Ducey Muncs, who are about due to share some fiery new tracks. East Denistone is back out of the woodwork, performing his brand new material for the first time in over three years! Isobel Knight will be there to reel in the success of the almost year old album, ‘Here Now’, which we’re keen to hear some tracks from, as well as Plug favourites, John Lawrie & The Welcome Strangers, who I’ve been told will be playing “nothing but the hits”! Also squeezing into the lineup are Lahi & the Diks, still spinning off their recent showing at Metro Theatre, opening for Mako Road! Lucid Hoops will be there to show off their hottest material yet, as well as give us an insight into what’s to come, and Camden’s own, Sunder, will be hitting the stage to show us how it’s done in the south west! Finally, rounding off our megalithic roster will be Tayla and the Wandering Stars, keen to show off the fresh new tunes they’ve been stirring up, as well as Tunnel Vision, ready to blow the roof off Hi-way, preparing to show off a brand new single coming out very soon!
Tickets are only $25 INCLUDING booking fee online, or $30 at the door, so make sure you snag one up if you want to secure your spot! We’ll be bringing adult sized merch this time (hopefully!), and interviewing the bands once more.
