Highland FM's 100% Home-Grown showcase shines a light on local musicians who have featured as part of our new Artist of the Month initiative.

This great line up of original talent from the region includes:

7.00pm Sara Berki – Artist of the Month: Sara is a local country singer songwriter with the voice of an angel and the songs to melt the hardest of hearts. At the tender age of 24 Sara is on the verge of releasing her first album and has already worked with some of Australia’s finest country artists including Shane Nicholson. 

8.00pm Isy Cappo + Band – Artist of the Month: At just 16 years of age Isy Cappo brings a maturity and presence to the stage that is rarely seen in young artists. Her songs, which are powerful, emotional and addictive are given wings by a voice that soars effortlessly and a band of talented young players who rise to a level well beyond their collective years. Isy already has over 100,000 plays on Spotify and is a Triple J Unearthed and Atomic radio favourite. 

9.00pm Ross Web and The Rusted Track – Artist of the Month: In juxtaposition to our opening artists Ross has hidden his talent from the world till later in life. Ross began singing just 7 years ago when in his mid 30’s after years of being an avid country music fan. His journey has already encapsulated much more than he could have ever expected and includes several single releases charting in the UK/Europe, playing support for Shannon Noll and 1927 and his inclusion in the Tamworth CMF emerging artists showcase. 

Ross’s new album On The Deck is available now.
