Emerging from the collective desire, ‘Unknown Pleasures’ is the new event promising nothing but exceptional queer talent.

Through the seismic shifts of 2020, Sydney's music scene has been re-imagining itself through experimentation and innovation. Sydney's own notorious electronic club night ‘House of Mince’, in conjunction with ‘United we Stream’ and ‘FBI Radio’ announce “Unknown Pleasures”, an event centred on rediscovering our queer creative force and talent as an international city. The House of Mince senses the collective desire for world class entertainment, and see’s the amount of queer emerging talent in Sydney, thus “Unknown Pleasures” is a three part seated experience committed to immersing you in an all for us Sydney evening of our world class trade.

The “Unknown Pleasures” lineup is a love letter to Queer Sydney.
Set across three two hour sittings at 6pm, 9pm and 12am, the night takes place at Sydney institution Oxford Art Factory.

With Hosts/Performers: Aaron Manhattan - Beau Kirq - Lady Fur - Nini Voss - Sarah Jessica Carpark

Aaron Manhattan (host of “Bona to Varda”) alongside Beau Kirq will host the event, as musicians and performers share the stage across a series of genres and queer performance explorations. The three unique sittings will travel different musical territories certain not in style but in quality, creating a seated music festival set to stretch into 2021 in its search to continually discover and re-new Sydney's most refined queer musicians.

Seating Configuration at Oxford Art Factory:

Oxford Art Factory are working with strict seating plan due to restrictions. When purchasing tickets, you will be required to purchase in a group of 2, 3 or 4.

Please note that the location of these group tickets are as follows:

Groups of 2: Located either on the mezzanine level on high bar tables, sharing with another group of 2 or on the dance floor without a table (allocated upon entry)

Groups of 3: Located either on the mezzanine level on the benches or on the dance floor with a table (allocated upon entry)

Groups of 4: Located on the dance floor with a table (allocated upon entry)
