Watch Foo Fighters Cover An AC/DC Classic In The BBC Live Lounge

Foo Fighters have taken on AC/DC‘s classic track ‘Let There Be Rock’ in the BBC Live Lounge.

Dave Grohl and company took on the Aussie band’s rock epic, delivering a raucous, powerful performance that proves the band are still at the top of their game.

It’s not the first time the band have showed their love for ‘Let There Be Rock’, either. The Foos have been known to cover this at live shows in the past, and Grohl and drummer Taylor Hawkins have also covered the song with their covers band Chevy Metal, including during their recent surprise Sydney show.

For the record, Grohl did a little better with this new BBC performance than that time he forgot the words to ‘Let There Be Rock’ during a Chevy Metal set back in 2015.

During their time in the Live Lounge, Foos also performed ‘The Sky Is A Neighborhood’ off their forthcoming record Gold And Concrete, and also wheeled out In Your Honor favourite ‘Best Of You’.

Gold And Concrete is out now. Watch all of Foo Fighters’ new BBC Live Lounge performances, below.
