The Tallest Man On Earth Australian Tour Next March

The Tallest Man on Earth is set to return to Australia for a tour that will see the Swedish troubadour play a handful of headlining shows and a selection of festivals. Kristian Matsson is the man behind the music. The 29-year-old minstrel has been wowing crowds ever since his 2006 self-titled EP, which saw The Tallest Man on Earth tour with Bon Iver.

Although indie folk acts are a dime a dozen these days, The Tallest Man on Earth is one of the frontrunners of his genre. With a soulful voice and a knack for catchy heartfelt tunes, Matsson sounds instantly familiar and yet refreshing at the same time.

Earlier in the year The Tallest Man on Earth dropped his third studio album There’s No Leaving Now. A recent review compared Matsson to Bob Dylan and showered the songwriter with praise, claiming that “lyrically and in terms of his skill with a guitar, Matsson is nothing short of genius.”
