Rather than simply handing down the standard run of dates, cities and venues to fans ahead of their Australian tour, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus have shaken things in what appears to be the first tour of its kind in Australia. RJA have left it to fans to select the cities they perform in with a process that’s ingeniously simply and innovative.
By the looks of things, the band have locked in the dates but left enough room to adjust which city they perform in. As you can see in the below list, each region has 3 options. It gets even more awesome when you realise that many of the options are regional centres giving those cities a rare experience. But Wollongong and Canberra…step off.
There is only one way to vote, by heading over to their Giggedin page and purchasing a ticket to the show, which you want them to perform at. Only those who bought tickets to the city that wins will be charged so it’s a fair and exciting system.
The band is returning Down Under in support of their brand new EP Et Tu, Brute?, which is out now.
