CHECK OUT THE LATEST
Thrash legends Slayer have announced they will make their triumphant “exit” from music following one final world tour.
Revealing the news in a video of moments from across their 30+ years in the game, the band say their “final North American tour dates [are] coming” soon.
They’ve also revealed they’ll be joined by Lamb Of God, Anthrax, Behemoth and Testament for the North American leg of the tour, but haven’t shared any details about the rest of the world just yet.
Slayer last toured Australia in 2013 around Soundwave Festival, and released their 12th (and potentially final) album Repentless in 2015. While the group haven’t locked in any new Aussie dates just yet, we’ve got our fingers crossed that they bring their final world tour down under, or just do some more of those ‘big four’ shows.
