A pint-sized metal head as been left, we assume, friggin stoked after a close up encounter with the Prince Of Darkness himself, Ozzy Osborne. In town performing with Black Sabbath, Ozzy met with the little dude as they made their way through Sydney.
11-year-old Callum McPhie showed the cojones of someone three times his age when he took to the Australia’s Got Talent stage and belted out Ozzy’s Crazy Train. One of the judges of the show, Kelly Osborne, was so impressed she apparently felt Callum and her dad just had to meet.
Speaking to The Canberra Times of the encounter, McPhie explains Ozzy was all too aware of his mad skills “He said he knew who I was and his daughter Kelly had told him all about me.” If he wasn’t intimidated by the national-wide live audience, Ozzy was never going to be too spooky, “I felt absolutely, not shocked, just super-happy that Kelly had come through and let me meet.”
Callum was joined by Dad Doug McPhie and Mum Melissa Freeman who, we assume again, were equally as stoked.
