Known for her ability to nab the best and brightest in the business, Madonna may have set her sights on EDM golden boys Disclosure for her next collaboration. While neither party has confirmed the rumours, an Instagram-happy Madonna has spurred chatter in the pop and dance music worlds.
The pop queen spent the weekend hanging out with the Lawrence brothers, dispatching photos from their performance at Brooklyn’s Output and then during their appearance at the Governors Ball festival on Randall’s Island, NY, joking, “Doing a little security work on the side for Disclosure.”
“Promoted to head of security for Disclosure!” she later added, as well as writing, “Getting lit! Full Disclosure… #dancing #fun #life #livingforlove.” The photos come months after the singer confirmed that she’d begun work on the follow-up to her 12th album, MDNA, released in 2012.
Having previously collaborated with so-hot-right-now dance floor heroes like Benny Benassi, William Orbit, Stuart Price, and Timbaland, Madonna announced in March that her forthcoming album would feature contributions from Avicii and Diplo. If the rumours are true, Disclosure, who’ve been busy working with other legends like Mary J Blige and Pharrell, are in very good company.
