Listen To The Explosive Studio Version Of Kanye West’s ‘All Day’

Kanye West has been drip-feeding new tunes from his upcoming seventh studio album, So Help Me God, for weeks now and today he has shared the studio version of All Day, a track featuring rapper and singer Theophilus London, rapper/producer Allan Kingdom and the whistling stylings of Paul McCartney.

Kanye actually debuted the n-bomb laden song live at the Brit Awards last week, and the track was leaked in demo form in August last year. The explosive song is an aggressive departure from Kanye’s other singles – Wolves, his collab with Sia and Vic Mensa, plus two stripped-back numbers also with Paul McCartney, Only One and FourFiveSeconds (featuring Rihanna).

According to Rolling Stone Paul McCartney is the artist that can be heard whistling at the end of All Day. This part is reportedly a re-recording of a song McCartney wrote in 1969 that was inspired by a Pablo Picasso painting of a guitarist.

A release date for So Help Me God has not yet been announced, with Kanye hinting recently he is looking towards a surprise release. Last week he announced the LP title along with its artwork.

The track’s release comes after Kanye publicly apologised to Beck, on Twitter, and as the rapper made an appearance as a guest speaker at Oxford University where he talked about art, ego, class distinction, and his desire to be “Picasso, or greater”.
