Alongside with yesterday’s news that The Presets will be heading to regional Australian towns as a part of the Groovin’ The Moo Festival 2014, the ARIA Award winning Sydney producers have released the brand new single, Goodbye Future.
Written and produced by The Presets, Goodbye Future has been described by the band as, “direct, electric and euphoric; a lighting bolt to the system.” It’s the duo’s first new track since 2012's Pacifica and the first of a series of singles The Presets plan to release across the coming year.
2014 is proving to be an extremely productive year for the band to date, and in addition to their festival slots and new music to come, they’re also collaborating with the Australian Chamber Orchestra for Timeline, a sonic and visual journey bringing together the ACO, The Presets, a cappella vocalists plus stunning visual elements, to trace the evolution of music in concerts.
