Josh Homme‘s debut score for German language film In The Fade is now available to stream, with a physical release marked for early December.
The German drama film was debuted at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival, where Diane Kruger won Best Actress and the film was subsequently selected as the German entry for Best Foreign Language Film for the 90th Academy Awards.
Homme’s debut score and soundtrack, released under the name Joshua Homme, sees him joined by a whole bunch of collaborators, including Queens Of The Stone Age bandmates Michael Shuman and Troy Van Leeuwen who feature on several tracks.
Also to feature are Faith No More, Lykke Li, Hindi Zahra and our very own Courtney Barnett who contributed her song ‘Anonymous Club.’
Homme is currently on QOTSA’s Villains tour of Europe, and recently landed himself in trouble for smoking on stage during the band’s set in Manchester.
