Jagwar Ma have peeled off a new slice of their forthcoming LP Every Now And Then for our listening pleasure.
It’s called Slipping and it’s a dreamy mid-tempo indie dance hymn awash with reverb-soaked vocals and ethereal synth soundscapes.
Speaking with triple j, the lads dubbed the tune one of “the turning points of the album”.
“It’s where things start to lock in and drop to a deeper dreamier world,” they said.
Slipping follows the release of previous singles O B 1 and Give Me A Reason off the new LP, their first since 2013’s acclaimed record Howlin’.
Brand spankin’ new 11-tracker Every Now And Then is due out on Friday, 14th October.
Until then you can get your ears on Slipping below, or else catch Jagwar Ma playing live at both Meredith and Fairgrounds festivals in the coming months.
