Every Time I Die Share Studio Footage, Hint At New Album In 2016

New York outfit Every Time I Die have blessed fans with some riff-heavy studio footage as they continue to work on their new album, which looks like it’ll arrive later this year.

Posting to Instagram today, Every Time I Die said, “We’re a month into writing for the next record. Here’s a Darren Doane-esque clip of us in the riff den. #newrecord #2016 #ETID.” Darren Doane is a filmmaker who has worked with the band on some of their music videos, btw.

ETID’s new studio clip (below) features the band smashing out a new tune which has a whole lotta’ punch to it, and it’s all led by some funky-as-hell guitar riffs.

ETID released their latest album, From Parts Unknown, in July 2014, and toured Australia in support of the record in January 2015. Since then, drummer Ryan Leger has been replaced by Daniel Davison, formerly of Norma Jean and Underoath, and guitarist Andy Williams has made his pro-wrestling debut.

Before ETID’s eighth studio album arrives, the band are also dropping a new EP called Salem on Record Store Day 2016 (16th April), with four songs from the From Parts Unknown sessions, including a cover of the Nirvana classic Tourettes.

Catch the band working on new material in the footage below.
