Evermore Announce Gigantic ‘Hero’ Tour April/May/June 2013

Soft-rock stalwarts Evermore will embark on a massive 30+ date tour across Australia from mid-April in support of their new album Follow the Sun.

Now seemingly stripped down to a two-piece (Dan Hume is nowhere to be seen in the new promotional material) – brothers Jon and Pete Hume will kick off the tour in Bendigo on 17th April and take in all corners of the country before winding up in Wollongong on 1st June.

The tour is the first headlining dates the band have done in some time, having warmed the stage for the likes of Maroon5 and Matchbox Twenty late last year.

“It’s the first time in nearly four years that Evermore has toured Australia to this extent, it’s long overdue! Peter and I are looking forward to playing this album live, along with the old favourites such as Running and Light Surrounding You, to audiences all over the country. We’re visiting places on this tour that we’ve never been before!” John said.
