Diplo Announces New Major Lazer EP To Drop Next Month

Better late than never, Diplo has today announced that the new Major Lazer EP will be dropping next month, after Jillionaire originally promised it would see the light of day before 2013 was through.

Diplo, known as Thomas Wesley Pentz to his mama, took to Twitter to announce the good news, letting us know that the new record will include appearances from Sean Paul, Elephant Man, RDX, Machel Montano and Pharrell Williams. The electro dancehall heroes have been busy, with their latest full-length release Free The Universe only coming out last April.

We’re yet to hear a title or specific date for the release, but stay tuned for more info as it comes to hand. Major Lazer will be hitting Australia for the Big Day Out tour very soon, with the festival favourite kicking off on the Gold Coast on Sunday, 19th January, before working its way around the nation.
