Boys Of Summer 2013 Lineup Changes
Written by Mike Hohnen on 21st December, 2012
With very little time left at all, Boys of Summer organisers have announced that major pulling card For The Fallen Dreams have pulled out of their January 2013 tour. But fear not, as the slot has already been filled, by San Francisco’s First Blood.
No explanation has been given at this point in time. The cancellation has been put down to unforeseen circumstances, meaning that there is sure to be some elaboration on that in the near future.
Hardcore legends Fake Blood aren’t the only new additions to the lineup. Local boys The Bride will be joining the likes of Ghettocore master Deez Nuts and hardcore heroes Hand of Mercy. Sorry for a further blow, but by all accounts it’s looking as though the run of 11 dates (of which The Bride will be performing “most”) will be the band’s final tour together.
Earlier today, The Bride took to Facebook to announce that following the departure of their vocalist, they will no longer be continuing as this entity. However, the band’s statement suggests that we can expect a new project from the remaining members.
