Beasts Of Bourbon Announce New Live Compilation & Rotating Lineup Shows

The constantly morphing Beasts Of Bourbon have announced 30 Years Of Borrowed Time, a live compilation from the band, which will be supported by a run of 6 headlining dates in Sydney and Melbourne. Having appeared in various forms over the past 3 decades, the band have covered all their bases by bringing 3 different line ups for each city.

Though the band experienced numerous line up changes since 1983, the ones that made the cut are the “Original” line up, the Low Road line up and the “Current” line up. Not only will each version of the band be performing, they will be performing tracks specific to their era. For example the Original line up will be performing from The Axeman’s Jazz, Sour Mash and Black Milk albums, of course Low Road line up will be playing those songs found on The Low Road album, and the current line up will play all of those with the addition of their last album Little Animals.

The original line up reformed earlier this year for ATP’s I’ll Be Your Mirror at the request of the band’s good friends The Drones, which has clearly reignited the flame. Existing as the Low Road line up, the band performed at Byron Bay’s Blues and Roots Festival as well as shows with Iggy And The Stooges.

To coincide with the tour, the band will also be releasing a 3-disc boxset holding live recordings from the band’s 2013 shows. Featuring sets from all three versions of the band, it’s about all the beast anyone can handle. Check out the track list below the tour dates.
