Fleet Foxes Return With First New Song In Six Years

Fleet Foxes have returned with their first new music in six years, in the form of a new song called ‘Third of May / Odaigahara’, which will feature on an upcoming album called Crack-Up.

‘Third of May / Odaigahara’, which you can stream in full below, is a nine-minute odyssey of folk-infused rock that’s packing a whole lot of gorgeous tension and release.

Fleet Foxes frontman Robin Pecknold wrote all 11 songs on Crack-Up, which is the follow-up to the band’s 2011 album Helplessness Blues.

Crack-Up is set for release on 16th June. Watch the lyric video for ‘Third of May / Odaigahara’, below.
