Join this formidable bassist, composer, singer, re-mixer and producer for a night of Latin grooves as he launches his new album.

Waldo has enjoyed No.1 single status on Chile's premier station, Radio Corazon with two songs. His song Fiesta Latina picked at number 12 in the Aria Club Charts in Australia.

An active writer, Waldo is currently getting ready to start promoting his brand new album Groovy Cumbia out through Bamboozle Music plus completing a jazz album and writing and producing dance songs for the new Australian dance label Komplex Sounds.

His versatility also includes writing film scores including Random 8, winner of a Bronze Palm in the Feature Narrative section of Mexico International Film Festival and on Emma-Kate Croghan's film Strange Planet.

Waldo is currently finishing his PhD at Macquarie University under the supervision of Dr Andrew Alter where he also lectures and tutors in a number of units in music. He also held tenure as an associate lecturer at Southern Cross University and his results of his thesis will be released as a CD and published as a book.

As an academic, Waldo has written and published a number of peer-reviewed articles, book chapters and presented various conferences on popular music, small island studies and music psychology. He is working on a number of publications with world renowned academics like Professor Philip Hayward, Professor Bill Thompson, Associate Professor Mark Evans, Dr. Nicholas Bullot, Dr. Dan Bendrups and Sandra Garrido amongst others.

Waldo is currently writing a book on the history of music publishing in Australia as well as conducting a number of research projects on popular music, small island studies, music production and music psychology.

Dinner & Show tickets include entry, seating and a 2 course meal
(entree & main, 4 choices for each)

Dinner & Show tickets are only available via Moshtix.

Some Dinner & Show Bookings may be on a shared table. Please let us know at the time of the booking as a special request should you prefer not to share, and subject to availability we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

MUSIC STARTS AFTER DINNER SERVICE, AROUND 9.30PM

When General Admission Ticket sales have closed on the day of the show they may still be available at the door on the night. Additionally dinner and show tickets may also be available. Please ring the club on (02) 9251 2797

Bistro: Open til late for the best light meals, late night suppers and coffees in town.
