TRANSGENRE has come into its second year, bringing a whole new lineup of talented and important trans and non-binary artists and performers to Howler. The eight hour music festival exists to give the stage to these amazing, forward-thinking, and hugely relevant voices. The lineup is not tied together, or tied down, by a single genre, style, or approach to music and performance. Ticket prices are $12 or $17+bf, depending on what the attendee is able to pay. TRANSGENRE 2017 will take place on stolen land, belonging to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nations. We pay our respect to elders past and present, and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded.
