The AFL Grand Final is one of the biggest days on the aussie calendar. With the big game wrapping up in the late afternoon we have a big night of live music at Revolver Bandroom from 8:00pm for those of you looking to kick on. Acts on the night will be Traffic Jam Orangutan, King River Rising and One More Weekend.

Traffic Jam Orangutan haven't been around long but they are already making themselves known around Melbourne with their unique brand of funk and rock. Front man/bassist Luke McDonald is a hard man to miss with a big beard and an even bigger voice. Combined with the smooth as silk sax of Robbie Polack, the tasteful creativity of Jayden Bowley and driven by the meaty beats of Matthew Smith,  this four-piece make a powerful sound that you won't soon forget!

King River Rising are an electric, energetic five piece that chop and change from Funk, Blues and Reggae - specialising In long sweeping jams and intense breakdowns. Skillfully blending deep grooves and intertwining harmonies and melodies, KRR contains skilled players in their own right - but together they project a tight-knit, passionate band. Hot out of the studio, they're set to be as tight and as seasoned as ever, releasing their latest EP - now as a five piece.

One More Weekend were formed in early March 2015 in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs and includes frontman Connor Dougan (lead vocals and rhythm guitar), Leith Dougan (bass), Tim Aslett (lead guitar) and Paul Healey (drums). Working on Connor Dougan's original songs the band grafted, crafted and mastered their current style of alternative pop rock.

This night is sure to be a big one so don't miss it! Entry is $10 and the tunes will be starting at 8:00pm.
