The debut album of Tiny Ruins, composed & performed by Hollie Fullbrook, follows a year spent collaborating & performing internationally in which the young artists worldly voice & stories would connect with audiences as distant as Northern Spain & with artists including Joanna Newsom, Beach House and the Middle East.

Both vocally & instrumentally, Some Were Meant For Sea exists in dappled warmness: Fullbrooks striking timbre recalling a smooth Jolie Holland & conjuring a similar natural imagery born from earth & sea. The albums New Zealand debut will be followed by its Australian release date of Friday July 1.

Following a nation run of dates in NZ, Fullbrook returns to Australia this July to open for Seeker, Lover, Keeper plus some headline shows in capital cities.
