The event organisers reserve the right to enforce certain conditions for this event. While we do aim for all our guest to have a fun evening, it is our duty of care to create a set of general rules and conditions to maintain order and class.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:
This is an 18+ event. You will be asked to present a legal form of identification at the event entry, such as a current Australian driver's license, "Proof of Age" card or valid Passport.

CONDITIONS OF EVENT ENTRY:
Purchase of a reservation on the guest list allows entry until 10pm. If you arrive after 10pm, you will be refused entry. (Refunds will not be honored for those who do not enter by 10pm.)

Doors open at 7PM, doors close at 10PM, event ends at 12AM.

By attending this event you agree to participate in all activities at your own risk and responsibility whether supervised or not by staff.

You agree to release and hold harmless the hosts of the event and any associated parties from and against all actions which may be bought by you or on behalf of you in respect of any incident arising out of injury, loss, damage or death caused to you or your property in any way what so ever.

The Event organisers reserve the right to refuse a ticketholder admission to the event or to evict that person from the event in any of the following circumstances;
If the Ticketholder fails to produce appropriate identification

If the Ticketholder refuses to make their clothes, bags, containers or other possessions available for search by Security

If the Ticketholder attempts to bring illegal substances into the event and is detected by Security

If the Ticketholder participates in activity that damages the venue and does not comply to both event and venue terms & conditions

If the Ticketholder breaks a condition of entry or conducts any illegal activity at the event

If the Ticketholder is affected by the consumption of alcohol or drugs

If the Ticketholder participates in dangerous activities including aggressive dancing, moshing, stage diving and intimidation

If the Ticketholder participates in anti-social or violent behaviour

This is an unlicensed venue, BYO is available.

Patrons who choose to bring valuables to the premises do so at their own risk.

There are no pass outs.

SELF-REGULATION
To promote a positive and safe vibe, we ask that all patrons accept responsibility for their own behaviour and follow the rules and regulations of the event organiser. Additionally, patrons are required to respect the directions of event staff and security personnel at all times in the interest of patron safety.
