Seattle based psychedlic duo THEESatisfaction have announced they will perform a small show in Sydney this October as well as their appearance at Melbourne Festival.

The band will perform in Sydney at Goodgod Small Club, on Friday 19th October.

Based in Seattle, Washington, Stasia Irons and Catherine Harris-White create their own distinct material: funk-psychedelic feminista sci-fi epics with the warmth and depth of Black Jazz and Sunday morning soul, frosted with icy raps that evoke equal parts Elaine Brown, Ursula Rucker and Q-Tip. The duo featured on comrades Shabazz Palaces' debut album Black Up, which was released last year.

Releasing their own debut awE NaturalE earlier this year, THEESatisfaction continue to be embraced for their singular sound, unflinching commentary and immortal groove.
