The WEEKLY R&G team headed by UK DJ, Producer and Radio host JIMUPHY MASTERS aka DJ Mr Magic has taken the Sydney Underground Scene by storm, proving that good quality UNDERGROUND Sexy,Soulful and Deep Tech house is just what the Australian club goers need as we head in Summer.

In just a short time the crew have amassed a following which grew from the local & international support for their radio show on Bondi FM 88.0 called THE WEEKLY R&G or RHYTHM & GROOVE hosted by JIMUPHY MASTERS. A unique weekly excursion into all things UNDERGROUND HOUSE the world over.

Packed with great trax, reviews and an engaging presentation the show managed to do the impossible, which was to get aussie clubbers and the underground scene, to see radio as a credible source for a new underground revival for all. Following a series of high profile local & international interviews on the radio show it was only a matter of time before host JIMUPHY MASTERS would take the R&G sound out onto the road.

THE WEEKLY R&G vibe first hit the Sydney night clubs with JM gracing the decks at OPEN HOUSE @ The Argyle, The COLUMBIAN and then together with the R&G team and IVY put on

LOOSE CHANGE @ IVY POOL CHANGEROOM on Thursday's. Delivering a fresh vibrant mix of FUNK'd UP Disco HOUSE, JACKIN HOUSE and R&B House Vibes along with guest DJs such as YOGI of RANDOM SOUL which proved not only a first for Sydney but a also helped to cement a reputation for THE WEEKLY R&G brand and JIMUPHY MASTERS.

Next up THE WEEKLY R&G crew will be colloborating with key Sydney underground promotions to deliver a first for DOUBLE BAY, RHYTHM & GROOVE 3 weekends of sheer quality undiluted Funky, Deep and Soulful House UK Style hosted at BLUE BEAT and includes representatives from 'SOUL OF SYDNEY', BONDI FM, SOUP KITCHEN and HOUSE NIGHTS just to name a few along with Sydney songstress ANNA RIZZO, percussionist AKYKHO AKRIFF from Amsterdam and STAS on Sax.

The session kicks off with the launch party on SAT. 3rd November @ BLUE BEAT from 8PM til 3AM, with JIMUPHY MASTERS, HOUSE NIGHTS DJs, PHIL TOKE(Soul of Sydney), STAS on Sax, ANNA RIZZO, JAYKAY Mistery and a host of industry VIPs and gorgeous clubbers from all over NSW.

Forget having to head off to the city from Double Bay after 12 to hear the same old crap, BLUE BEAT will be hosting the most exciting and innovative underground club session ever to hit Sydney.
