A breath of fresh air since their inception in 2010, Sydney quintet The Sweet Apes, led by vocal power house Ray Vavasis, have greeted fans with A Change In The Weather; a matured four track collection of Post Hardcore gems.

Inspired by the variation of seasons that we all live throughout the year, the EP flows through 4 tracks of controlled balance and change from light to dark, reflecting most on the bands travels together over the last four years.

A Change In The Weather provides fans of The Sweet Apes with a final dose of their craft as the band announce their disbandment. Given the support that they have received from fans since day one, The Sweet Apes wanted to go out on a high note, on the back of a release they were proud of and followed by a national tour of Australia to say goodbye to all those that have supported them in person.

"We are musicians that are so excited to continue our separate ways and explore the possibilities and our love for music to greater depths, so we have indeed decided to part ways and discontinue " The Sweet Apes" after four years together".
