jonwayne is one of the newest members of Stones Throw's burgeoning roster of current LA talent. Mono/Poly is a fellow Los Angelian whose beat work has graced such an impressive roster of labels like Warp, Planet Mu and Brainfeeder. His characteristically dark but funky beats have gathered support from the likes of Thom Yorke, Erykah Badu, Mary Anne Hobbs and Benji B and his ability to flip styles in such a way makes him one of the more revered characters in the Beat realm. His newest material is called Golden Skies and looks set to debut on Rodriguez Lopez Productions (The Mars Volta) in September.
