'The Numbered' are a group of four fine friends who play a blend of bluesy surf garage rock in Wollongong and the Illawarra, NSW.

Living in a beautiful coastal landscape with the escarpment backdrop to the Illawarra, 'The Numbered' are supported by a great community.

Andy Matthews (singer/guitar), David Deed (drums/backing vocals), Johnny Giordano (guitar/keyboards/vocals) and Anthony (China) Pingnam (bass/backing vocals) have been playing together for around five years and are totally immersed in their driving sound and have released their first EP "Lost".

Playing the tunes from this recording at various gigs this year has been well received and appreciated by a diverse community of people. Seemingly, this is a reflection of their sound incited from a wide range of musical influences over many years.

Local community radio station Vox FM 106.9 have given the band air time on Ben Hession's 'Australian Independent Music Show' and have had several live interviews on the show. The band has also received air play performing live on 97.3 ABC Illawarra for Nick Rheinberger's morning program.

'The Numbered' are currently performing gigs in various venues throughout Wollongong and the Illawarra.
