The first of its kind for this region, Sunset Events are thrilled to deliver an inagural music event on behalf of the Town of Port Hedland, the aptly named North West Festival at the Port Hedland Turf Club in August 2012.

The North West Fest will be headlined by the Australian kings of hip-hop, Hilltop Hoods. With a career spanning six studio albums (two platinum and one double platinum selling), multiple ARIA wins, worldwide tours and armies of dedicated fans, we have no doubt the North West Festival audience will lap up hits from their latest album along with some old favourites.

Camping Facilities Available
The one-day event is proudly offering free camping facilities, included in the ticket price, for those heading to Port Hedland from around the region. We encourage you to bring a swag or tent, pull up a patch and take advantage of the toilet and shower facilities on offer.

Please note that those who do camp will not be able to move their vehicles from the campgrounds until 6am the following morning. More details will be available from the www.northwestfestival.com.au North West Festival website in the coming weeks.

Accommodation
For those out of towners, we strongly advise you to take advantage of the free camping facilities on offer as accommodation in Port Hedland, as you may be aware, is extremely tight. However, if you do wish to investigate this option, we suggest heading here: www.accommodationporthedland.com
