After a 6 month stint cohabiting a possum infested, ran-down house in Brisbane, followed by a round-the-world trip from front man and songwriter Vinny Russell, The Hounds Homebound are now excited to be releasing their first new music since their Diamond People EP. Originally hailing from the tiny town of Yackandandah in Northeast Victoria, the 6-piece are rolling off the back of a stellar year of wooing and grooving audiences across Australia. Their debut release Diamond People hit national and community radio airwaves, packed out residency slots in Melbourne and quickly earned a reputation for their passion for live performances. Now with their single "Sandy" in tow they're looking forward to hitting the stage at The Toff In Town on August the 6th for their first Melbourne show in a year, joined by their good friends Velvet Bow and Young Vincent.
