In their hometown of Melbourne, The Harlots have cultivated a solid fan base,

resulting in a string of sellout shows, international supports (Surfer Blood,The

Commitments, Jesus Jones) and festival appearances (Queenscliff Music Festival,

The Hills Are Alive and Cherry Rock). The release of their double EP Coarse Tunes,

Parts 1 and 2 in 2013 was met with much acclaim critically.

With a rhythm section that always fills the dance floor, while haunting delays and

filthy distortion makes it sweaty. Dreamy keyboards and synthesizers create a

wall of sound that floats underneath story telling lyrics that can carry you away

and yet, hit close to home.

Mid February sees the release of the highly anticipated debut album "Satellite".

With the first singles released from the upcoming album getting a lot of love on

local and national radio, 2017 is shaping up to be a big one for The Harlots.
