On Saturday 14 September, the incomparable Amy Winehouse would have been turning 30. It's a sobering thought to consider that a woman so vibrant, so fiesty, and so brimming-over with talent has been gone since June 2011.

In November that year, a group of Sydney musicians joined together to honour Amy, and the mark she left on the music industry and fans alike. They played to a full house, who were blown away by their passionate and powerful interpretations of Amy's music and swagger. The event generated so much love that the cast met again in 2012, in what is now an annual celebration.

This year, the show is back with some new cast members - Melbourne's Kira Puru, Wallace Gollan and producer Nicolle Lane will join original members In s and Alice Terry, singing from their souls for Amy, and inviting you into her world.

With the production values of Mark Ronson and the slick soul sounds of the Dap Kings in mind, a spectacular band has been assembled featuring Danny G Felix on keys, Paul Mason on guitar, Brendan Clark on bass, Dom Kirk on drums, and a horn section lead by Mike Raper.
