After holding out at house parties, clubs and warehouses all winter long, Astral People now give you the much needed answer to a long-overdue season of outdoor celebrating: Summer Dance. Combining forces with Sydney's National Art School, they present to you a run of Sunday sessions bound to be the highlight of your summer with the likes of internationals Moodymann, Omar-S, DJ EZ and Vakula, as well as locals Tornado Wallace, Andras Fox, Simon Caldwell and many more lifting midsummer moods and laying down taste-making tunes for all to enjoy.

The collaborative effort between the Astral team and the National Art School will see at least three DJs take the stage each day/night for extended sets throughout December to February. Kicking off the series is pioneer of modern underground house Vakula, followed by a classic boogie / funk set from infamous hip hop DJ House Shoes, a house and techno lesson courtesy of fellow Detroit legend Omar-S, iconic block party vibes of NYC daytime party institution Mister Saturday Night, sun-kissed UK Garage sounds of DJ EZ, before the sun comes down on the series with an epic set from Moodymann. Local heroes sporting day-to-night couture and compositions include TornadoWallaceAndras FoxSimon CaldwellOtologicBen Fester & Preacha amongst others.

The sandstone buildings, lush green grass and age-old trees that typically make up the beautiful surroundings of Sydney's National Art School, will be turning into a fully fledged music venue for the first time ever this December. With parties planned to happen twice a month, Summer Dance is sure to draw the nightwalkers out of sweaty underground confines and rave caves, to give them a taste of life as a day dweller and provide them with the ultimate Sunday sunset vibes; premium line ups, great food, discerning drinks - all carefully curated by frontrunners of the Australian electronic scene; Astral People.
