Our very own Peter Kuruvita will join forces with Melbourne's Adam D’Sylva from Tonka & Coda restaurants to take you on a gastronomical journey through the subcontinent. Combining the flavours and spices of Adam’s Indian heritage and Peter’s upbringing in his Grandmothers kitchen in Sri Lanka, the menu will showcase Peter and Adam’s modern approach to ancient cuisines.
