Famed 70's Blue Eyed Soul, Australian Super-group Stylus returns for a concert tour in South Australia this August 2015. Stylus, the only Australian group ever to be released on Motown Records amongst the likes of Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye and Smokey Robinson are back. Stylus released four critically acclaimed albums and toured nationally supporting the likes of George Benson, Ike & Tina Turner, Sherbet, The Average White Band and many more.

In 2010 Toshiba EMI records after releasing Stylus' latest studio offering declared Stylus to be in the same genre and enduring quality sound as Boz Scaggs, Hall & Oates and Christopher Cross.

Stylus comprises three of the five original group members - Peter Cupples, Sam McNally, Ronnie Peers and are joined by drummer Gerry Pantazis to re-create the Stylus soul/funk/R&B sound that features their hits "Summer Breeze", "World Of Make-Believe" and more.

For this tour Stylus, has also been joined by one the greatest R&B performers this country has seen with Chicago born Doug Williams. Doug has an impressive musical pedigree having performed with the late great Ray Charles, The Stylistics, George Benson, The Average White Band, Taylor Dayne, Hot Chocolate and many others. Having settled in Australia in '79 Doug has endeared himself to local audiences performing together with Renee Geyer, Deni Hines, Daryl Braithwaite and the Rockmelons. Doug's smooth, rich vocals and his left handed 5 string upside down bass technique will leave you mesmerized.

Together the musicality and Blue eyed Soul that Stylus now imbues with Doug, the wealth of talent and depth of experience makes this the Premiere not to be missed concert event of the year. The tour will undoubtedly go national but as Molly Meldrum would no doubt say, "Do yourself a Favour" and see Stylus perform live in Adelaide this August, It promises to be the concert event you will be talking about for a long time to come.
