Join us for our Pasta Party and Charity night to raise funds for Youth Off The Streets, in the lead up to the Zeal2u Solo Ironman Triathlon event on Sat 2nd May, 2015.

Whether you're one of our event sponsors/staff, event support crew/spectators, local businesses in the area or just want to help support our fundraising efforts for the upcoming Zeal2u Solo Ironman Triathlon event, come along to our pre-event party!

The night will include;

  • Pizza & Pasta buffet-style "carb-loading" dinner (in true Ironman event style)
  • Opportunity to hear from some inspirational guest speakers
  • Huge Charity Raffle (with funds raised being donated to YOTS)
  • Local business networking opportunities with businesses from varying industries

NB: Beverages & alcohol not included but a bar is available for purchasing drinks.

What is the Zeal2u Solo Ironman Triathlon event all about? On Sat 2nd May, 2015, Greg McDermott aka 'The Fruit Guy' will be taking on the challenge & completing a solo full Ironman distance triathlon in the local Hills District community. NO city shutdown, NO huge crowds, NO finish chute, NO medal.

What's an Ironman triathlon? Picture this: 3.8km swim followed by a 180km bike and then finally followed by a marathon (42.2kms)....yes that's all in one go on one day & should take around 12hrs.

Why? Greg may have done 2 of these proper events before but this time, without all the fuss, he hopes to battle the mental game and motivate others to dream big, make a plan and WIN at whatever you set your mind to. This event as well as our pre-event Pasta Party and Charity Auction aims to raise $10,000 for Father Chris Riley's Youth off the Streets charity, which works with young people who are homeless, drug dependent and recovering from abuse to help turn their lives around. We believe that a healthy lifestyle contributes to helping overcome some of these issues.

Donations can be made at anytime here ---> https://give.everydayhero.com/au/zeal2u-solo-ironman-triathlon

Thanks for your support and we'll see you out there.
