Learn basic silver smith skills to create a ring in this 2 day workshop.
Monday 18th & Tuesday 19th March 2017 9am - 5pm
School Holiday Workshop: Ancient rings (9-12years)
Create your own ring made from precious metals in this 2 day silver smith school holiday workshop.
Under the guidance of jeweller and goldsmith Erin Timony, you'll learn the basics of silver smithing including soldering, filing, hammering and polishing to create your ring.
Get inspired by designs from ancient Egypt and used hieroglyphics to decorate your ring.
By the end of the two day workshop, you'll have your own stunning ring to wear home.
Maximum 10 students,
Bring: Lunch, morning and afternoon tea and a water bottle,
Wear: Comfortable clothes.
