'Showcased' is an automotive event containing Australia's finest cars on display ranging from heavily modified street cars to rare exotics.

Get ready Sydney, the news we've been anxious to announce is finally here - Showcased is back for 2013! We're now into our fourth year online and the plans for Showcased are more exciting than ever. Through our website and social media we have displayed thousands of cars on your screens digitally, but now THE-LOWDOWN.com is getting real.

Our headlining event, Showcased, is a premium automotive show for the Sydney scene. This year will see well over a hundred of the best street, classic, modified and exotic vehicles on display, awesome additional entertainment, modification marketplace with quality traders, gourmet food trucks, live music and DJs, promotional models, prizes, giveaways and our very first dyno competition sponsored by Nulon!

ENTERTAINMENT

This year's event is going to be action packed with a large range of additional entertainment and things to do! Have a go at the racing simulators or RC track, watch the high-powered cars put down big numbers on the dyno, enjoy the music from our live DJs and see all the promo models and product demos on display from traders. The extensive lineup will be released closer to the date, including some special guests!

HEADLINERS

Last year we were lucky to have amazing new car debuts and reveals, once again you can expect to see some incredible new cars at Showcased. A handful of local workshops are putting in the hard yards to polish off the finishing touches on their big projects. Come down and see the best of what Sydney's car builders are capable of! Updates on a few of these cars will be made as we approach the date.

VENDORS

See new products and get information from workshops and industry professionals at 'The Marketplace' this year. Showcased will be featuring stands and displays from a number of vendors accommodating all tastes and styles.

CAR CLUBS

See the best car clubs battle it out! Register as a car club and represent as a group with your banner displayed proudly. Your presence as a whole counts on the day, so be sure to represent your team colours to walk away with the 'Best Car Club' award! Please note that a minimum of three cars are required for club registration.
