How do I book into a session?

Your order number which you received when you purchased your entry ticket to RTX Sydney will allow you to book a signing session ticket which allows you the opportunity of a place at a signing session for RTX Sydney if you get in quickly as places are limited!

Please note: Your order number will open the number of sessions corresponding to the amount of tickets purchased initially. Eg. If you purchased for you and 4 friends you will be able to redeem up to 5 sessions with that order number. Please be sure to co-ordinate with your friends your preferred sessions before signing sessions are available!

For all day pass and weekend ticket holders your order number will allow you to book one session. Each signing session involves two or three people and you can get up to two items signed and take one photo.

Orders containing VIP tickets will be able to two sessions, and will have a 48-hour early access to the tickets, meaning they will get priority selection. After the 48 hours, General Admission attendees will be able to access the link and select a session.

Once a session is sold out of tickets, it will say "SOLD OUT".

For all ticket holders you are not guaranteed a signing session. If you miss out on your signing session don't fret! There's still plenty to do and see at RTX and the RT Cast and Crew are known to do impromptu signings when they have some spare time. Why have bookings at all?

Last year at RTX, without the codes, people waited in line, in some cases for the majority of the day, and still weren't able to get autographs due to demand. To improve the experience, we need to address the demand as early as possible. With this service, people will know early on what their autograph schedule is going to be, and therefore are free to plan the rest of their RTX experience with flexibility.

How do I know who will be signing for what session?

Enter your order number in to the special offer code box to view who are signing when however you will not be able to purchase signing session tickets until your allocated release date.

How do autograph sessions work with VIPs?

If you purchased a VIP ticket to RTX 2017 you will be able to book two sessions, and will have a 48-hour early access to the tickets, meaning they will get priority selection. After 48 hours, sessions become available to the General Admission.

Keep in mind - VIPs also get priority seating in all panels, access to a VIP lounge, and get to attend a VIP party with all the RT Cast & Crew - so there will be more opportunities to meet everyone!

Do you need to be in line as soon as the signing starts or does it not matter? Do the lines get long?

If you have a ticket to a signing, you may arrive any time within the first 30 minutes of the session. Since you have a ticket, your spot will not be filled, so there is no need to get there early.

Proof of signing session ticket will need to be produced either printed out or on-device to be scanned in order to enter scanning session. If your ticket is unable to be validated you will not be granted entry to the signing session and your place will be forfeited.

Where do I find my order number?

Your order number is located on your ticket. If you cannot find your ticket simply log into your moshtix account and resend your ticket to yourself.
