Wednesday nights sit in the masterful hands of humble legend Dan San (aka DJ Danielsan, one half celebrated Australian duo Koolism). Colonel Tan's kitchen turns out loving crafted meals to a soundtrack curated by one of Melbourne's most accomplished DJs packing an enviable array of tunes on wax and HDD plus occasional guests. From 7pm onwards into the late night, for serious hump day therapy.
