Melbourne-based indie-rock group Halcyon Drive have just unveiled tour dates and their latest single
'Silver Ray' - a compelling track lifted from their forthcoming debut album (due 2018). Recorded and produced by Joel Quartermain (Meg Mac, Dustin Tebbutt, ELKI), 'Silver Ray' is a stunning and sophisticated slice of intricate indie-pop. Shining exuberantly with its spirited melodies, the track takes cues from the likes of Everything Everything, Glass Animals and The Strokes.

To celebrate the release, Halcyon Drive will launch 'Silver Ray' at The Workers Club, Melbourne and The Hills Are Alive festival held in regional Victorian town, Wonthaggi. From there, the trio will continue performances with headlining shows in Wollongong, Byron Bay and in Brisbane, Melbourne and
Sydney as part of the Rare Finds indie club night tour circuit. In the coming weeks Halcyon Drive will reveal an accompanying music video for 'Silver Ray', which will feature the members in a visually intriguing production.

Previous singles and EPs have been supported by the likes of triple j, Spotify, Rolling Stone Australia, Indie Shuffle (USA), The Wild Honey Pie (USA), Pilerats, ABC's Rage, MTV and community radio stations 3RRR, RTR FM, FBi, Edge Radio and 4ZZZ.

The band have traversed the country multiple times, sharing stages with the likes of MEW and performed at renowned festivals NYE on the Hill, BIGSOUND and Caloundra Music Festival. In late 2017, Halcyon Drive set out on their own headline East Coast tour, where they played to capacity crowds. 'Silver Ray' will be available worldwide on Friday March 2
